What are minimum call charges/connection charges?
When the cost of a call is less than the stated minimum call charge or the length is less than one minute, then the minimum call charge will apply.
A connection charge is a charge applied to any call when it is connected. This means that the actual costs from service providers who have a connection charge is: connection charge + call charge.
Please bear in mind that recent research found that the majority of UK business calls are less than one minute. We do not apply minimum call charges to ensure you only pay for what you use.
What is a minimum contract term?
This is the minimum length of time that you are required to use the service. If you change your mind before the end of the contract term your service provider may charge you a penalty fee.
Stunshot does not apply minimum contract terms. We maintain long term customer relationships by providing high quality calls and excellent services - not by a piece of paper. Our customers are free to leave at any point if they are not satisfied with us, or if they find cheaper prices elsewhere. This highlights how we carefully serve our customers and remain competitive in the market.
What is a minimum spend requirement?
This is a minimum spend per month that some service providers require you to make in order to qualify for their special rates.
Our low rates are available to everyone. You do not need to worry whether the amount you spend qualifies you for our low cost call plan, or how much you need to spend per month to remain on the low cost plan. Total peace of mind knowing what you will be paying for each call you make.
